We only ship to contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping cost is FREE on all orders.

Carrier

Most orders are shipped via UPS. UPS tracking number will be provided. However, depending on the order and its destination some orders may be shipped by another carrier.

Post Office Boxes

We do not ship to a Post Office Box.

Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via FedEx or another carrier. Delivery time may take up to 7 days depending upon your location.

Return Policy

You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the order and request a Return Authorization number.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Minimum restocking fee is $5.00.

All returns must be in their original packaging materials and shipping container.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Your shipping costs will be refunded for defective products or orders that have been improperly filled.

Products that have been damaged by misuse are not covered by this policy.

Returns must be made within 30 days.

You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and is being processed. You will also receive an e-mail at the time your order is shipped.
